Honda S2000 - Reg: DN06DPE - Last MOT & Mileage - 8th July 2024 at 69,757 miles If you are wanting to buy a Honda S2000 then if you don't buy this one you might live to regret it!Here's why: This one is a perfect example from a 2006 build, so now 18 years old and with only two owners from new - firstly a lady who hardly used it for 5 years, so covered only 12,000 miles, but valued it so highly that when new, she bought a pair of carpets from Honda to place on top of the original ones to protect them from wear and christened her new beloved - 'Tina'! So, I bought it from her in 2011, promising to extend the love of 'Tina' on her behalf. I have honoured that promise, protecting 'Tina' from injury by ensuring she has never had to endure reconstructive surgery due to accident, so no replacement body panels or components. Never driven more harshly than designed for, nor in any way damaging to the prospect of a long life! Doesn't mean she hasn't had to work for her living as after a total of 69,000 miles - still running sweetly!So, why am I selling? The simple fact is that unlike the car, I am past my best with the passage of years and my mobility makes entering and exiting hard work, especially the latter! I also promised that lady that when I sell on, it will have to be to somebody who will be given the privilege of continuing that long standing love affair with the car! So far as my care for this car goes it boasts a full Honda Main Dealer Service history, including MOTs I am much less mobile these days, and my long journey days have been over for a year or two, so I now cover between 3,000 and 4,000 miles annually, needing a Service once a year only. The last Service and MOT was on 08.07.24.
