I started my Mercedes journey with an E250 many years ago was a great car, then found myself with an E350 which was ok BUT the difference came with this E400 almost 100hp more and what a difference, this is as close to a AMG you'll get without the hefty price tags and maintenance bills, as you can see from the photos I look after my cars and like to go to car shows keeping them in top condition, this car has wanted for nothing since owning it, before buying I read that the E400 M276 engine is bullet proof and I believe it as long as they are looked after, the cars not due a service for a few months and only covered 4k since the lat service but will get it done just before purchase. MOT just been done this weekend and has a clean bill of health. I totally understand buying performance cars can be daunting especially with decent miles I was the same, but this car has been trouble free which give me the time and the money to work on its looks and upgrade the wear and tear items. One thing I was concerned about before buying a 3 litre V6 with over 300 horses was the economy honestly this car sits at around 30mpg average and on a long journey it will get up to 36mpg iv actually had it up to 39mpg before as long as your not too right foot happy and to in love with sports mode. Test drives are welcome and ill happily walk round the car and explain whats been done for peace of mind, if this car doesnt make you smile when driving it i urge you not to buy it. I wont be like other sellers and leave you with 10% fuel, Your first thing after buying a new car shouldnt be spending 100 pound to fill it up. Soon as I got it a sent it for a full professional bumper re spray due to stone chips, alloy wheel refurbishment gloss black, Six weeks ago I had all discs and pads replaced to brembo carbon coated, both rear Pirelli p zero tyres fitted 100 miles ago, front grille has been replaced as that wasnt great, An amazing car for someone who wants to have all the performance of a C43 AMG (same engine) without the AMG tax, interior is well maintained with no rips in the leather. Car is the premium Plus model so has memory seats, red AMG seat belts, Dynamic driving package (suspension goes into sports mode), intelligent light system absolutely amazing. Only selling as I have the AMG bug and on the look out for something different. miles might go up slightly as I use the car on a weekend. Plate not included car will have original plate.
