Seeking a reasonable buyer. I owned this car since summer 2022, the previous owner sold it to me after buying it from their family friend. Most of its life this vehicle was under the ownership of one person. Having said that, I don't have any service history since my purchase as I never thought of it's re-sell value due to its nature. So I had it for around 18k miles and it had seen 3 oil changes during this period of time, a few ball joints\links for the MOT and cam belt done at 229,500. It has a few minor issue I may or may not sort in the nearest week or so, but this won't affect the listed value. It needs a pair of brake pads (rear) and ideally a pair of new tires (one font tire has a slow puncture). I intend to do the pads, but won't be replacing tires due to its value. It only has surface rust on frame, so still solid. Of course not perfect, but it's an old car with many miles on. Yet, it doesn't consume any oil and has recently passed MOT which is still valid for 9 months as of January. I could do with an oil change (I usually do every 5-6k miles so it's due one imminently). Gearbox works great, same goes for engine. Transfer case works but can't comment of how well as I haven't used it really. I only have one fob key and one without a fob. Suspension doesn't knock. Has an aftermarket bluetooth module which works and the original stereo. Has had an aftermarket camera fitted in the past (likely used to have another head unit) - it's still there but I don't know where its harness is or if it works at all. Grubby as one may expect, but if you're that reasonable buyer looking for an imperfect and inexpensive J120 with frame that is not rusty - this could be a great options for you. It's the cheaper road tax version at around 350 per year (as opposed to 600+ for the 06 reg). It is also the 5-speed gearbox version (as opposed to 4sp in the previous year).
