Peugeot 508 SW Allure 1.6THP Manual. 12 months MoT. 118,000 miles. Rare to find with the 1.6 turbo petrol engine with manual gearbox. Interior is in good condition for the cars age with no tears and only minor wear on the steering wheel and some staining to passenger seat squab. Exterior has a small dent on the bonnet and the rear bumper has scuff marks that I assume were caused by loading something into the boot (they were there when I bought the car). Please see photos.. Mechanically the car drives well, the engine is smooth and responsive. Suspension is free from knocks and the car rides well - it is an effortless motorway cruiser. It does consume some oil but seems to be inline with what Peugeot say is acceptable for this engine. The car benefits from a number of nice features that are working correctly - glass panoramic roof with electrical sliding cover, electric folding and heated mirrors (passenger side has recently stopped folding), radio with maps (not updated) and bluetooth connectivity, heated seats, cruise control and speed limiter, auto lights and wipers, electric hand brake with hill hold assist. The car does have touch sensitive door handles but only the rear ones are working. During my ownership the car has been maintained by myself and my father who is a retired mechanic. The car has recently had a full set of plugs, engine oil and filter change. Front tyres were replaced at approx 111,000 miles, so have ~7,000 miles on them. Also recently replaced chain tensioner and coil packs to cure a rough idle/occasional misfire as well as a plastic fitment for the brake servo that had cracked. There is also a folder of paperwork from the previous owner that shows the car was well maintained.
