This is a fantastic 1st generation Mini Cooper that has only had 2 physical owners from new, with the current lady owner having it for the last 20 years! My wife bought this in 2004, she was the second owner and we have owned it ever since. This is a non-smokers car with the very desirable, panoramic sunroof, factory Chilli pack, half leather interior, sports seats, sport suspension, rear parking distance sensors and 2 piece alloy wheels. The car comes with a full file of original documents, all previous MOTs, service receipts from the last 20 years, 2 Keys and the original Valet key. It also comes with the full BMW Mini tool kit in the boot floor recess. There are no warning lights on the dashboard. This car is in excellent condition, body work is rust free with only a couple of very miniscule car park dinks and a small bit of lacquer peel on the front bumper and the rear seats have been rarely sat in over the last 20 years. The engine is very good and has been regularly serviced, the gearbox was fully rebuilt 2 years ago and had a new clutch and flywheel fitted at the same time. The car returns 40mpg and is ULEZ compliant. The car comes with a few Cooper S upgrades to make it look a little bit more sporty and special, but this doesn't affect insurance premiums as they are cosmetic changes only. This includes genuine BMW Cooper S colour matched side skirts, genuine BMW Cooper S rear spoiler and the external Cooper S fuel filler cap. I still have the original BMW Mini 17in S Spoke Alloy Wheels in Silver, these may get swapped for the existing, very desirable and expensive, genuine BMW Cooper S 17" R90 Cross Spoke 2-piece split rim wheels (RS844) that are fitted, if the sale price needs to be negotiated significantly. The car is MOT'ed till September 2025. We are only replacing this car as we have just purchased a newer Mini.
