When visiting the garage this van has always been praised for it's great mechanics considering its age. We've enjoyed owning it but need to change to a family estate car. The van is initially a project as brakes have gone, front and rear and it is showing signs of rust on the body and wheel arches but not beneath. Upholstery is worn and marked as to be expected from it's age. The van had a new head gasket and battery when we first bought it just over a year ago. The mileage reads 299,540, but we believe this is in km as van is from Japan, actual mileage is closer to 187,000 which is more palatable! In case you're new to the bongo - it has a raising roof with space for sleeping and back seats lie completely flat for additional sleeping space. The rear seats fold up to allow for huge boot space. It's general Bongo etiquette to wave at other Bongo owners on the road - it's a bit of a thing. Great fun van to own. Next MOT due 12/03/2025, Silver, 5+ owners, £1,500
