Description

Hi! Introducing Dobbo, a perfect starter camper running excellently with 11 months MOT, available for 1250 ONO, located in Chingford. When I bought Dobbo in January 2024, it was the perfect entry point, as I'm not sure you'll find many cheaper options for a semi-classy bed on wheels. We've spent the together (alongside housesits and travels), moving from regular spots outside the ULEZ zone around Epping Forest, to some adventures around the coast. It's done the job brilliantly, saving thousands in rent and accommodation, and giving access to some wonderful spots with it's friendly looks and cosy vibes. Selling to convert a Mercedes Vito. Dobbo has it's quirks, or let's say charms, but is in great condition for it's age. It's a lovely-sized, smart van, with fantastic fuel economy of around 50mpg, and a custom built bed that pulls out into a double. Just reaching down to tilt the back seat forward from driving position and my 1m80 fits in nice and easy. The three back seats are stored in storage. The engine is impressive, and it's a nice, aircon-ed ride. Comes with service history from myself and the previous two owner. Just hit 125,000 miles, which will go up a bit as I still use it. Spent a few bob early on to resolve a problem with the alternator, as well as new brake discs and pads, and a couple of other things. Since it's been running brilliantly with a great and quite razzy engine, good bodywork, and a fresh MOT that I wanted to get before passing on. I haven't been hurried to sell as it's still in use as I convert the Vito. Quirks: - Driver door has a little wrinkle and needs to be shut firmly - Passenger electric window doesn't work - Back windscreen wiper doesn't work. There's also a minor oil leak, common for diesels of this age but not noticeable - I've given a little extra engine oil once this year. The cam belt protective cover is missing and could be replaced if desired. Latest MOT also advised that the front headlight lens could be replaced if desired. Signs of wear and tear include some bubbling in the paintwork on the bonnet, and a tear to the side of the driver seat. But generally the bodywork and interior are in good nick. Smart little Dobbo. Come and visit for a little spin and you won't be disappointed. Give me a buzz on for anything else, and get set for some good times on the road!. Next MOT due 22/11/2024, Red, 5+ owners, £1,200
