For sale is my father's BMW 316i Touring (estate), F31 generation 3 Series. He has owned this car for 4 years now and is selling it due to taking a company electric car. I am selling it on his behalf because he isn't too tech savvy but I'll be able to answer any question you have. He has owned the car since Jan 2021 and covered over 60,000 miles in that time, with it primarily needing servicing and tyres which is a testament to the car's reliability. It is a 1.6 with an 8 speed automatic which has resulted in over 45 mpg on a run and generally no worse than 40 mpg otherwise. The car has 2 previous owners (my father being the 3rd) so is low ownership, ULEZ compliant, and HPI clear, with 2 keys. Long MOT till December 2025, and service just done too. The car has been a reliable daily travelling around 300 miles each week during current ownership pretty much all on the motorway which are some of the most stress free miles an engine can do. Even so, the car presents well with few stone chips on the front, and only some other minor purely cosmetic scuffs around the car which I've done my best to photograph in the advert. Recent work done to the car includes full service, coil packs, rear tyres is 2023 and fronts in mid 2024, and other receipts which you're welcome to look through during a viewing. It is also equipped with DAB radio, dual zone climate and plenty of other additions which I'm sure I'm missing out on. The price I believe reflects the mileage, condition, history, and current issues stated on MOT which is rear tyres wearing unevenly due to a suspension component starting to wear and a minor oil leak which doesn't require the oil ever being topped up.
