Hi all Here lies my beloved 1994 toyota celica which works like an absolute dream. Jap import 1994 2.0 st202 3sfe engine Imported in 2007 NO RUST UNDERNEATH Owned this car since covid Engine is going strong but will need to top it up with oil every 500 miles as it does burn oil Daily commuter gets me from A to B no problem at all and has taken me as far as Newcastle on multiple occasions. 10 months Mot I've just welded an exhaust as a final mod after the MOT before I let this car go as this was always on my bucket list... however... it will need a weld nut for the o2 sensor to pass the next mot in November 2025, the car will fly once this is done. The wheels will need refurbishment at some stage. Paint is flaking away and Bodywork has a number of dents and scratches on them... this was like this when I bought the car. I have tigersealed the window sills to prevent water leaks.... it gets the job done so the majority of the water leaks have gone, yes the doors still open and close and you can wind down the windows. Just in the last week the heating has become mild which i know is down to a heater core.... I had the same thing last year which I did flush out and immediately reaped the benefits of hot air however as I'm writing this description, t's extremely cold outside and my garden hose has frozen up so I just don't have the facilities to flush the heater core.... that said its still blowing warm air in the car, if the weather heats up then I will try and make time to flush the car. Plenty of service history including Cambelt and waterpump changed circa 20k miles ago. I changed the oil every 5000km, its now due for another service. Compared to a lot of other cars at this price... you get lot more bang for a buck... it turns heads everywhere with the gravity performance exhaust and the engine is testament to Toyotas reliability with their old engines. I've bought this car to teach me the basic mechanics rather than concentrate on the Bodywork, done various bits to the car (plenty of receipts) and the car has never ever let me down. If you want a strong, reliable car that turns heads and not bothered about the Bodywork then this will be the car for you. Selling as I've bought my dream car.
