Overall, it's a very reliable car with many more miles on the clock. 55 number plate. 36,500 miles only. This should easily take you to 100k+ miles as the Merc engines of that time and beyond are simply excellent. Although the car is from 2005 it still has good road presence and other cars respect it. A lovely family car that did very low mileage (36,500 only). My dad bought this from the original owner around 18 years ago (FULL logs and service history available). He drove it very little and then ownership transferred to me last year. It's been treated with the utmost care and mainly driven in the suburbs of London. It has an excellent engine and because of the Kompressor and decently sized engine, it has power when you need it. I love the speed limiter function, which was rare for the time. The inside is similarly good. I had it recently MOT'd and a Full Service with Halfords in December 2024. Additionally, I changed the front two tyres and have hardly used the car since. The service and MOT identified one thing to change, which is the bare pads. They are ok for now and function effectively, but of course would require changing in the near term at an estimated cost of 120. The air heater and cooler works very well, but the full on auto A/C does not. The Right wing mirror functions perfectly, with electronic mirror adjustment and folding. The left one was once knocked off so is now fixed in place, so it will not fold. But the mirror can be manually adjusted. The rear window heater works very well. There are a couple of barely visible dents. But they are visible if you're aware of them and I've pictured them. The rear brake light cover on the left sustained a small crack and was glued to seal it. It has given us no trouble since then. The light itself works perfectly. Speaker system is powerful and works well, with a CD machine in front. Please contact me if you are seriously interested.
