Description
I bought this car due to breaking my kneecap & needing an automatic car large enough to transport a large amount of luggage for 5 people to Italy for a long holiday. Plus I had always fancied one, & here was the opportunity. I looked round carefully before buying this, & 8 days later I drove over 4000 miles to southern Italy, stayed for 4 weeks & returned home. It was 1000% reliable & has continued to be so. It has a full service history, all but 1 at Land Rover, and had a new camshaft belt & water pump kit fitted at 49,000 miles.
I have had no issues, problems or breakdowns. It is in great condition both inside and out, but no car 9 years old is perfect. It has the panoramic sunroof and everything in the car works as it should. The specification list is too long to even remember, but heated seats front & back, electric memory seats in the front, digital dash with optional sat nav display are just a few of them. All the tyres are matching Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season, and have plenty of tread on them, with the 2 rear tyres replaced just before the Italy trip. The lovely blue paint is matched by the ivory leather interior, with genuine Land Rover mats inside. It really is the consummate all round car, that looks big on the outside, but once inside the car it seems to drive like something smaller.
The car comes with plenty of paperwork, 2 functioning keys and an unblemished reliability record in my hands. On the run to Italy it returned over 37 miles per gallon, in normal running I have never seen less than 30 mpg, & normally it is around 33mpg. I have nothing to hide & I am happy to answer any questions, but please, no silly offers. This is a rare car in that it is owned by a Vicar! As my knee has now recovered it is time for the adventure to come to an end.
