Description

I have owned my Leon since August 2023, it has been very reliable and has never let me down. It is the 180hp variant before the body kit was introduced, I have fitted Cupra R side skirts, spoiler, door trims and rear bumper painted perfectly to match the lovely metallic blue paintwork, the Cupra R never came in any blue so it makes this car more unique. It still has the standard front bumper as I never got round to finding a Cupra R one to fit, however that is the final piece to the puzzle to make this Leon look its best. It has been remapped with supporting modifications (Forge 008 diverter valve, 3 inch downpipe with a sports cat and full Miltek system from there backwards. A Honda s2000 air filter and a performance road clutch (very nice weight for regular driving). Should be around 230bhp but I have no proof. It's on standard suspension, I had plans to lower it taking care of the suspension based MOT advisories however never got round to it as bought another car that came up for sale for a deal i couldn't miss out on only last week. It sits on Autostar chaser alloys (17 x 8j) with 225/45/17 khumo ps71 performance summer tyres all round all with good tread, around 6000 miles on them. in the time I've had them fitted still have the original wheels that came on the car which have great tread on all 4 tyres. It has full service history, with a few years missing at the beginning of the 2020's. Stamped in the book until 2015, and loads and loads of receipts since then making up the rest of the history until now. In my ownership I have had a sports catalytic converter fitted as the car was decatted when I bought it with the previous owner lying to me saying it had a sports cat. This has caused the EML to come on since the cat has been fitted due to the o2 sensor reading differently than it had before the new cat, I keep clearing it when it pops back up, it doesn't effect anything about how the car drives, happy to read the code and clear it on viewings for proof. The bodywork is very straight with no dents, and no rust, a few bits coming through from stone chips on the bonnet. There is lacquer peel and a bad paint job on the drivers side rear passenger door, and rear quarter, it lets the look of the car down slightly (see photos) and I wanted to sort it but again, hadn't got round to it and now have another car. Headliner is sagging badly. No advisories on the recent MOT have been resolved, but does come with MOT until April 2026. Had lots of work.
