I'm resisting as we have a new 1 year MOT on the car. It's had 700 spent as it needed some welding and brake work done and we addressed all the issues that were bought up. The work was done by MX5 Bob in Essex who specialises in MK 1s. I will except 2700 without the hard top. We've had this car for over ten years and its been an absolute pleasure to own. Unfortunately we're selling as I need another car for job as a driving instructor. It has a hard top with a heated rear screen and a mohair soft top which is in great condition. Its the Import so it also has air con which is surprisingly useful. The sills were repaired a few years ago so its solid there and a new radiator last year. It does have some rust which I've shown and some bird mess damage to the paintwork. There also a scrape to the front bumper but nothing structural. We were going to have it resprayed this year and replace or repair the side of the drivers seat. again shown in the pictures. Apart from that its an all original V special Mk 1, would love to sell to someone who wants to restore it to its best.
