This is a stunning and well loved example which was initially owned by a local doctor, then purchased by my Mum in 2019, and then purchased by myself in 2023. Around 9 months ago, the timing chain and oil were replaced by Fixed Automotive Specialists in Wilmslow (BMW specialists), done purely as a preventative measure and not due to failure. I'm particular about maintenance, and this was done early to avoid future issues. The service book has been updated accordingly. Timing chains are a known weak point on these engines once they start to reach 100k miles, so this major job has already been taken care of giving real peace of mind. Some minor cosmetic marks are present nothing major (see photos). Solid German engineering with plenty of life left. No mechanical issues and everything works as it should.
