Description
Yes, the mileage is high, but the car is in pretty good shape with a full service history, and the price is as low as you will find. Three owners, including me; I bought it two years ago for camping trips, and we're not doing enough to justify keeping it - especially now that I have a 7-seat Discovery Sport to cater for invasions of grandchildren and take over the towing duties. (These have not been onerous: fetching bags of cement and sand in a little builder's trailer, not towing a 30ft caravan). We've put only about 3k miles on the car, including a lovely trip around Brittany last summer. The last service was done just before that. There's about 10 months left on the MOT.
The car drives beautifully, with a great driving position. Not quite a match for the Disco, but really very smooth and relaxing. USB/ phone music option. Also Mirrorlink which I believe allows Android phone apps to be used (I have an iPhone, which doesn't speak Mirrorlink). Satnav. Cruise. Aircon. Keyless entry via touch-sensitive door handles. Head-up speed display. Recent investments include new battery and alternator.
The interior is in great shape - could be perfect with a tiny bit of TLC. The second and third rows of seats can be moved fore and aft, or removed altogether. The bodywork has no dents, but the paintwork has quite a few chips - and, living in Devon with its infamous narrow lanes, I may have added some bush scratches. But as you can see the car doesn't look half bad. The wheels have some tiny scratches, but they don't catch the eye. The pics were taken 11/7/25.
