Description

With hydraulic power steering, a hearty NA V6 and rear-wheel drive this Nissan 370Z delivers a visceral and emotive experience. That muscular front end houses the 3.7 litre VQ37VHR making 331hp and howling all the way to 7500rpm. Everything about this car feels meaty and deliberate, meaning you've got to put the effort in! This particular 370Z is special edition for the UK painted in Ultimate Yellow with some choice extras over the GT spec it is based on. Other than the colour, it gets some racy graphics down the side, special floor mats and all the performance goodies (LSD, 19 inch RAYS alloy wheels, suede-like and leather interior). It also benefits from the BOSE 8 speaker system, navigation (admittedly outdated now) and rear parking sensors. The car is sitting at 76291 miles which is due to rise as it is still being used occasionally. This vehicle has been well cared for over the course of its life, with a near-complete service history to reflect this. It was not serviced in 2011 and the record for 2018 was lost by the owner at that time. In my care, it has had its major service with a battery replacement and a few other bits tidied up including a weak rear washer motor. This was done by Kaizer Motor, a revered specialist for Nissan performance cars. It has also been modified as listed in the images. There are some stone chips on the lower front corners and some marks on the underside of the rubber lip. This is a Japanese sports car so there are 3 spots of rust - most prominently on the nearside rear wheelarch. The headlights have received an amateur polish but could do with a professional one. The side-skirts would also benefit from a repaint. Mechanically the car is very strong. The engine is in fine fettle, pulling cleanly all the way through the rev range and barely using any oil. There is a slight rattle when starting from cold - diagnosed to be a loose fitting in the backbox. The exhaust is still secure and its function is unaffected. The tyres all have great tread and are Goodyear Eagle F1s. I was looking to upgrade to the newest version of this tyre but honestly they still deliver fantastic performance and are still a ways off from expiring due to age. Bearing all of this in mind, I believe the car is very fairly priced but please feel free to make an offer. Test drives are welcome with the appropriate insurance coverage (please provide a document to prove this) and bank transfers are strongly preferred as a payment method.
