For sale my lovely triumph TR6 2.5pi, this was my summer fun car but unfortunately a medical condition means I can no longer drive it, it runs exceptionally well, a true driver's car. In my ownership the following work has been carried out to a high standard. The fuel injection system has been reconditioned throughout with new parts as required. New high pressure fuel pump and uprated pressure relief valve. The engine and gearbox all checked over and new oil and water pump fitted . Overdrive on 3rd and 4th gear. Gearbox and propshaft tunnel replaced with modern polypropylene one (the original fibreboard one was falling apart) Electric fan fitted. POWER STEERING upgrade fitted, this is an absolute blessing for when manoeuvring at low speed. The front and rear suspension has been overhauled with new springs and shock absorbers all round, all suspension bushes replaced with poly bushes. New exhaust system. The interior has new carpets and underlay throughout. Burr walnut dashboard and door cappings. New dashboard top. New battery, and high torque starter motor. Windscreen wipers and mechanism renewed. Recent new hood/soft top. Recent full respray (part bare metal). The colour is called Magenta factory code is 92. A new MOT has been issued. Expiry date 03/08/26 Many other minor bits and pieces done to the car (I'm fussy) to many to list on here. Please bear in mind this is a 50 year old classic sports car, it is a car that likes (needs) to be driven, it is a true British classic sports car The car is TAX, MOT and ULEZ exempt although I have had it mot'd.
