Description
Over sixteen thousand has been spent since I bought the car in September 2003 - to make this a desirable "one off" for anyone who wants the drive a beautiful and iconic Maserati with the sound of its Ferrari 4.2L V8 engine.
I have just reduced the price by three thousand pounds to account for the cost of a new clutch as it will need one sometime soon.
The list of improvements includes:
Brand New Roof with improved rear window design (no ugly rubber seal on display), Brand New Maserati Headlights (the only new pair with blue paint available to match the car anywhere globally!), 2024 Pioneer Sound system with Apple Car Play and DAB Radio and new speakers, windscreen DAB arial, Reversing Camera, Volume and Siri controls added to steering column so no need to reach over to the touch screen while driving to change stations or answer calls, LARINI 'CLUB SPORTS' EXHAUST REAR BOXES and LARINI 'SPORTS' EXHAUST CENTRE SECTION, (stock pipes included in the sale), Replacement Formula Dynamics 'PERFORMANCE' ENHANCEMENT CAMBIOCORSA DBW module (race mode option), Interior leather restored and all buttons and vents re-surfaced (no sticky buttons), paint has been corrected polished and given a 4 yr ceramic coating, headlights are also film protected - (paint and buttons work by Paul Rice of rEvolve Automotive Ltd), Colour matched custom floor mats, new red brake callipers, discs replaced, upper swing arms reconditioned and lubricated. The list goes on!
This is an original right hand drive model that was shipped to Japan for a wealthy business executive, who hardly drove it. (Hence it says "import" and the odometer shows distance driven in KM). My private plate is not included in the sale. Original plate is PC53 MAZ.
The car has been kept in dry conditions most of its life. But in case you don't have your own air conditioned storage unit - it comes with a custom breathable cover to keep it looking as new. Since purchase it has been kept by a specialist car storage provider in climate controlled conditions. The picture is to show you the cover.
A "one of a kind" where no expense has been spared. The asking price shown is nine thousand less than the total project costs. Selling due to my health so offers are being accepted!
I'm fed up of time wasters and their excuses - one asked if I had been speaking to a "Richard" about the car. When I said I was not going to answer that (having not spoken to anyone) - he promptly said he was no longer interested - total a*** (!)
