This is a 1.9 TDI PD engine. These engines are known for their legendary reliability. MOt till June 2026. I purchased this car for my work with the NHS Scotland. I have driven it to Scotland every week and it never let me down. I am reluctant to let it go because it's such a good value car known for reliability but I need a 4x4 for my next role. It needed a new battery 3 months and it was replaced by RAC. It starts and drives fine. I carried out service earlier in the year. The timing belt was changed at 76000 miles by previous owner who is a retired mechanic. Mechanically the car is in great shape and engine runs smooth. However there some cosmetic and age related issues. There is some service history. I replaced the battery 3 months from RAC at 180 cost. I am still driving the car so milleage can go up a little. Its excellent on fuel economy. I get 60mpg on motorways with sensible driving. Everything works as it should. insurance for me is 35 a month! Only serious buyers
