This is a very mechanically sorted vehicle. I have owned this car since January 2023 when it had 71k on the clock and in the past three years I have had extensive maintenance carried out on it to make sure it is in perfect working order with receipts and invoices to prove over 4k (GBP) of work done including a new engine timing chain, new dual mass flywheel + clutch, new aux belt and tensioner, new front discs and pads (10k miles ago), a new air conditioning condenser and re-gas, all carried out by a local motor engineering company. I have also personally fitted a new battery, new sat-nav / radio antenna, new reversing camera, new front and rear windscreen wipers and a new alternator. Alloy wheels were refurbished in Shadow Chrome (one has a small mark), Goodyear tyres all round with plenty of tread left. During my ownership, I have performed the annual oil and filter change myself with invoices to prove materials purchased. Serviced regularly (mix of garage and DIY) 9 entries in service record since new. 2.0 litre turbo diesel engine putting out 134ps, 6-speed manual gear box, four wheel drive with locking centre differential, 18" alloy wheels, heated leather seats in the front and the back, OEM sat nav (updated at Hyundai with the latest maps for the whole of Europe), Bluetooth, FM/AM radio, CD-player, electric windows front and rear, dual-zone climate control, cooled glove box, cruise control, rear parking sensors, reversing camera, multi-function leather steering wheel, tyre pressure monitoring system, xenon headlights with washer jets, LED rear lights, LED daytime running lights, full-size spare wheel, tow bar with trailer electrics. Bodywork and paint is overall good, with marks and minor dents to be expected of a 10 year old car with 86k on the clock, see photos. Due to the work done the car runs like a sewing machine and is a very comfortable and capable vehicle. There are no error lights on the dash. It is priced to take into account some of the money spent on making it a reliable car. You could buy a cheaper ix35 of the same spec at this mileage, but from experience I can tell you that you would soon be looking at big bills to fix the things I've already fixed, so best to just get a good example for a bit more money in the first place.
