I looked for a long time for a rust free French racing blue clio 182 as I want something I could keep long term I found SP05XDD at the other end of the country but after a few phone calls and videos of her I made the 390 mile journey almost 800 mile round trip to collect her and she was worth the effort, I Have owned my Clio for a year now and enjoyed every mile of the 6500 miles over the summer only ever running 99 RON fuel, but it is now time to move on in the first few months of my ownership I spent well over 3k on her, A FULL service at renowned renaultsport specialist Mickleton service station additional to the service she has had new washer pump, New rear wiper & assembly, new front pads and a new front calliper, New pads on hand-break, PDR man went over her and removed any imperfections, Full detail and gel coating, Full wheel refurb, Set of Avon ZV7 with approximately 6mm of tread left per corner, MOT passed 04/08/2025 at 76171 miles, she hasn't wanted for anything during my ownership as I did plan on holding onto her long term but my plans have changed so someone else can enjoy her for many years to come, so she is mechanically sound and dose not suffer any rust (this is the reason I bought her) so thats the good points here are the bad points, AC doesn't work never has in my ownership, Although the body is rust free she has a few scratches not bad but I haven't had them painted as the detailer who I used told me she was original paint so I didn't want to have these touched in, When filling her up the pump keeps cutting out so it takes a minute or two to fill her I have had the filler breather checked twice and no issue can be found, I am located 10 minuets from newcastle airport, message me for more photos or questions.
