.*** New 12 month MOT *** I've owned this 1.8 litre 5 speed Focus Sedan for two-years, and bought it from a reputable local car trader. It's in great condition for its age, and I'm the third owner. This vehicle has been well-looked after. It has an extensive service history, and was recently serviced. New brake pads/shoes were fitted all round at the same time. A new battery was fitted mid-December 2024. A new timing belt/water pump was installed before I purchased it. Its now MOTd until October 26th 2026, and there are two advisories (tyres x 2; rear offside coil spring corrosion) The engine is strong and doesn't burn oil. There's no body rust to speak of, and the interior is clean (there's now a little wear on part of the driver's seat, but nothing bad). The tyres are reasonable. No one has smoked in this vehicle, and it is pet-free. Only selling because we bought another vehicle. There's plenty of life left in this car, and it will serve someone very well. Sold as Seen
