I bought this MG in March 2023 on a bit of a whim as I thought it would be great for the summer with the roof down and it was fitted with a hardtop so perfect for all year round use, in fact I have used it very little. It has always started on the button every time and drives as it should, it has never given me a minutes trouble, it hasn't used a drop of oil or water during my ownership and the timing belt was changed before I bought it, the MOT this year advised the brake discs corroded but that was through lack of use, I've been driving it more now and they have cleaned up, the interior is clean and undamaged, the tyres are good, it had one new one last year, the paintwork is generally good with a couple of age related marks, the headlining on the hardtop is coming away and been pinned up, it could do with being re glued. the front and rear subframes have been waxoiled because they were showing signs of surface corrosion. So to sum up, it's a good clean car that has never used any oil or water, starts and drives as it should, holds its temperature even in traffic or at speed on the motorway and the added bonus of a hard top.
