I've also clayed and detailed the paint work. The car has no rust inc the arches which are all rust free which is normally an issue with the E46. I had the remote key fob/car programmed to lock the doors as you start driving and to also open the roof when you press the button on the key. BITS OF NOTE.* The electric mirror switch isn't working.* The drivers seat bolster has usual age related wear which was patched up in the past but has worn through again, this has been temporarily covered up by black tape.* The roof works but is slow at going down and sometimes needs a 'nudge' to help it. These are all minor things but need mentioning. When I purchased the car I got 1 key and the original handbooks in the original folder, I was told the service book was misplaced and would be forwarded but it has never arrived ?, it's not an issue as the car has been well looked after from new.* Over 650 Spent recently on new rear brake lines, Discs, Pads, Shoes & new fitting kit/Springs for the rear brakes and getting the brakes re bled by Reliance Garage who also fitted new rear brake dust shields (As the idiot who done the work didn't bleed them correctly) and the MOT.
