I have owned this car for 4 years (2020) and bough it with 85k miles. The first owner was a mid-50's business owner in Birmingham who bought it new from Stratstone BMW, second owner was private owner in Newcastle so the car has had 3 owners including me. The car has been faultless throughout my ownership. It has been meticulously maintained and is in fantastic condition for its age and mileage. Being an ex Statstone demo car it is high spec. I can supply the full factory build spec if required. Noticeable factory options include soft close doors, dynamic xenon headlights, side view and rear cameras and 20" 253 alloy wheels. Other equipment includes electric memory seats, auto lights, auto windscreen wipers, professional sat nav, electric steering wheel, phone connectivity, 4 zone climate control, all electric windows and privacy glass. The car has a service history (BMW then latterly independent) last serviced 14th April 2023 at 108,532 miles. MOT until 29th July 2024. Full set of Pirelli P Zero tyres were fitted (rear pairs 7k miles ago, front pairs 15K miles ago) (1,050), the front suspension arms top and bottom were replaced (heavy car and wears the bushes) in 2021 (600), in Nov 2020 all disks and pads were changed (870) and the wheels were laser aligned in Dec 2020, water pomp was changed 2022 (100), the battery was changed in 2021, lastly genuine gearbox oil filter/oil was changed 2023 (400). I have spent roughly 3,000 in the last 3 years with all of the main wear and tear items having been replaced. The car is in impeccable order and as demonstrated has had no expense spared. The only other point to mention is the left-front side bumper got couple of scratches, someone scratched the bumper on my car while I was picking up my son from school.
