Description

A considerable amount of maintenance/repair has been carried out, in order to make the car ready for sale - including a number of preventative repairs. The most obvious are the wheels and tyres, Which I have replaced with freshly refurbished 18 inch, style 32 wheels with Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 3 NRFTs (225/40 on the front, 225/35 on the rear). The major Under-bonnet/underside work being; A complete transmission service, replacing all the seals, fluid, filter, etc. The engine has a new Aluminium valve cover + gasket, oil pan/sump gasket, all new belt, idlers and tensioner, as well as a crank seal belt guard, Plus an Aluminium Power Steering pump pulley. The intake manifold gaskets, upper radiator hose, cylinder head-to-thermostat hose, oil filter housing and oil thermostat gaskets, as well as the oil cooler line O-rings, VANOS solenoid O-rings, power steering reservoir O-ring and front turbo inlet seal have been replaced - Essentially, if a seal was disturbed, it was replaced. The battery is also new. The interior has some wear but for the most part is in good shape for the year and mileage. As the car is originally from the south and was kept in a garage for much of it's life, the exterior is also in surprisingly good condition for nearly 97000 miles and ~17years, however there are some scratches by the rear edge of the driver's door, A small dent at the rear of the NSR wheel arch and some lifted trim along the bottom of the driver's rear window. Also, the windows are tinted. The car does also come with lots of service history and many invoices for work done in the past, and then there's the many order summaries provided by myself. Also, The previous owner replaced the front brake pads, just a few hundred miles ago. The MOT is currently expired, until I get it renewed in the summer, or before selling. I'd consider P/X or swapping for anything interesting, such as a BMW 130i, a jaguar XJS/XKR, a BMW V8 (especially a 645ci/650i), an American V8 (especially a corvette C3), or even something like a smart/brabus roadster coupe. The car is currently SORN'd. Thanks for looking :) Next MOT due 14/02/2024, Full service history, Black, 3 owners, £7,000
