Reluctant sale of my original 1991 12 Valve Triple Diff Lock Toyota Land Cruiser HDJ80, Approx 226,000 miles, will increase slightly as it gets used occasionally. Factory paintwork (barring drivers side front wing which got replaced and sprayed), nothing hidden in this vehicle, what you see is what you get.Been owned by the same family for over 20 years. My dad parked it up in barn for years due to a list of mechanical jobs which needed doing for MOT years back (brake pipes etc), but we got everything mechanically sound by a local garage and its flown through MOT every year since with hardly any advisories. Always bought genuine parts were possible, had recent timing belt, new batteries, part of the exhaust, recent service, brakes got overhauled including every single brake pipe. Changed big end bearings and con rods approx 30000 miles ago with new ACL bearings as a precaution. The original ones were fine engine really clean inside. Have lots of service history & paperwork.Everything drives well, clutch and gearbox smooth, starts on the dot everytime, never let me down, reluctant to sell for what ive put into it but it doesn't get used as much as i used to do so would be better off with somebody who can enjoy it for what it is.Rear diff lock does not engage, never looked at it ever or needed it as i don't do off roading but the other 2 work fine. Rear heater doesnt work as we cut the pipes off under the bonnet. Electric windows work as good as any, especially in the warmer months! Sunroof works fine no leaks. Electric mirrors all work.New dab radio fitted with apple car play and bluetooth speaker for wireless phonecalls. Open to serious offers & buyers, no time wasters please.
