Well the time has come to sell my absolute pride and joy. I'm a 300c nut that still loves everything about this car that I've owned for just shy of a decade. These Tourer SRT8's are rarer than most super cars with only a few ever being sold in the UK. I personally hunted for months and months to find this one as they just don't come up for sale often. I had to travel over to Ireland to find one in top condition and it's now back on its original Irish number plate and not a personalised reg, yet looks like it being dateless. Car is a 2008 on an 08 in normal terms. With its 6.1 litre Hemi V8 this thing can surprise most things on the road and turn heads everywhere it goes. I have run this as my daily driver (as my company directors car) with NO expense spared. If it needs anything it has it. Current mileage is 87,000 but this will rise slightly as I'm still driving it with a huge smile to work and back. It has been utterly reliable and wants for nothing. I purchased from America 9 years ago a top of the range Borla Attak full stainless steel exhaust that is a cat back upgrade and this sounds out of this world and like no other. I have also fitted a full K&N cold air induction kit along with a BBK 90mm Throttle Body. Current power is around the 450bhp and I'll say it again this beast sounds out of this world and turns heads everywhere even on tick over in traffic. Its loud when used but as it was properly designed by Borla when you sit at 70mph at 1,800rpm on the motorway its silent. The stereo was upgraded before my purchase 10 years ago to a Kenwood / Garmin unit but honestly you don't buy a stonking V8 to listen to the radio. One of the main reasons I travelled so far for this car was its condition. This car has NEVER had any paint what so ever. Every panel is its original paint from the factory and the odd small scuff is its great life and not covered up. I'm talking NO filler, NO cover ups, NO Paint of any sort and NO new panels etc etc This really is just a straight car that's been loved, maintained and used as a family car. I have had the detachable tow bar fitted for pulling my caravan which it does without even knowing its there. Never a worry about a hill or if your going to get there. I'd turn the key in this now and head to any country on the planet knowing it will get there. Genuine reason for selling as upgrading to another Hemi V8 as I love them so much.
