Owned loved and cared for by myself for 7 years, but now its time to move on. 50896 mile will increase slightly as we still like to go on weekend drives when the weather is nice. Almost standard car other than a decat pipe is fitted which makes a great sound and increases the pops and bangs its a real head turner. (standard cat will be included in sale). I have not had the EML light coded out so it comes on showing oxygen sensor fault, I will show buyer how to remove this so you can verify the fault codes. Factory GP Recaro heated seats which are very comfortable and hold you in place. Rear shocks and springs have been upgraded to a Bilstein B16 because I had a broken spring on the standard set, upgraded B16 front coilovers will be included in sale. I was waiting for the inevitable standard shocks to start leaking and knocking but its not happened yet, In my ownership the front shocks have been replaced already. Genuine Mini DRL's fitted from new. Discs and pads are nearly new all round with less than 1000 miles on them and front pads are EBC yellowstuf pads that can really make the car stop quickly.Tyres all round are Nankang AR-1 which are a semi slick road legal tyre and you really can feel them grip in the dry. Wet driving isn't impossible but everything needs dialing back. I have had the standard wheels powdercoated, I was sick of the diamond cut finish blistering and looking a mess. I was advised when I did this that it could be reversed and diamond cut again to go back to standard but I personally like it. Recent work carried out on the GP includes, tank fuel filter changed, high-pressure fuel pump changed, fuel pressure sensor and wiring swapped out for newer type, injectors cleaned with filters and seals changed, spark plugs changed, oil and air filters changed and an oil change. Receipts and paperwork to back all this up. Also in my ownership auxiliary belt and pulleys have been changed. Bad points, this is nearly 11 years old and it had been used and enjoyed so its no a concourse car. The decals are starting to show their age especially the front scoop decal, these can all be purchased from Mini or a vinyl specialist would be able to reproduce them. I have had the bonnet scoop decal replaced twice. Some GP owners choose to remove decals and this also looks good. No test pilots please.
