Description

A4 Allroad's are a rare car and the petrol versions, rarer still - accounting for less than 15% of sales. Audi has stopped making all Allroad models for the UK, making this an even more special car. The majority of the regular A4 Avants get detuned engines with around 200hp but the Allroad gets the full 252hp. The 2017 petrol A4 Allroad was the first to get Audi's 'Quattro on Demand' system, which is now found in the Q5 almost others. Unlike a Haldex system, which needs to detect slip to send power to the rear wheels, the Quattro starts in AWD and only decouples the rear axle once the car is cruising in a relatively straight line. This ensures amazing traction off the line in any conditions and yet saves fuel when AWD is not needed. Various sensors reactivate AWD mode within milliseconds when necessary. It just works brilliantly. This is a 1 owner car, ordered new by us with various options inc: Adaptive suspension damping. Contrast grey 18" wheels. Rear view camera. Flat-bottomed leather high multi function steering wheel with gear change paddles. High beam assist. Extended LED lighting pack. Hill hold assist. Audi phone box with wireless charging. Black headlining. Natural grey oak inlays. Glacier white metallic paint. Boot rails system with load securing kit. The car has a full, yearly Audi service history and has been under a 7yr extended Audi warranty, so has been very well looked after. MOT until October '24. Tyres are Michelin Pilot Sport 4 all round with 5mm tread left. Optionally available, for a negotiated price are a set of 18" grey Allroad alloys with Continental winter tyres fitted, 5mm tread left. With its winter wheels, it has worked brilliantly as a car to go on ski trips in. Generally the Allroad versions just offer better comfort and better ability to take on poor & potholed road surfaces, as well as giving a distinctive look that sets it apart from the regular Avants. Condition is very good - stored in our garage or on the driveway. Just some slight kerb rash on a couple of the wheels. This being the Sport trim (the highest available) it gets the following specification over and above the standard Allroad: LED headlights, LED rear lights and dynamic indicators, Privacy glass, Front acoustic glazing, Sport seats, Twin leather upholstery, Electric lumbar support, MMI navigation and 7" colour MMI screen, Cruise control, 10 speaker sound system. Next MOT due 16/10/2024, Full service history, White, 1 owner, £18,900
