Description

The vehicle is in amazing condition overall. First things first, the service history is almost all perfect (1 service was repeated twice back to back by last owner rather than alternated, according to MB). There is a minor paint chip on the bonnet (smaller than a pea in size) and there is a scratch on the interior dash in front of the passenger seat (added a picture, but it does not show it well - a bit of TLC and it becomes hard to notice admittedly). Those are basically the only bad things about the car that I would want to report upfront, everything else is in great condition. I've owned the car for almost a year and do enjoy it thoroughly but want to move to something more sporty I think (owned a 350z previously and just miss it). As for the GLA - it's truly a magnificent car. This one has the night pack, so less ugly chrome (MB love throwing chrome on everything these days), nicer wheels, better looking rails, nicer mirrors (basically replacing a ton of chrome with gloss black). It has had the GLA200 debadged at the rear as I felt it looked better without. The performance of the car can be summed up as "drives as expected". It's not whipping around corners and even sport mode is not truly needed (nor much different to flooring it in comfort) as comfort usually gets the best of both worlds (settings are Eco-Comfort-Sport). Smooth ride and motorway cruising are very enjoyable in terms of comfort, noise and ability to drive in motorway conditions (overtaking, cruising via cruise control or even stop/start is not bothersome with auto-off enabled). Parking-Assist is nice but I'll admit any seasoned driver can probably park faster themselves (nice party trick though for anyone who hasn't seen it). One of my personal favourite things about the car is that there are pretty much 0 blind spots. A car leaving the rear view mirror is immediately visible in the side mirror and it remains there until it is literally side by side with you making it near impossible to miss. It is deceptively spacious even when it is anticipated to be roomy already. Have had no trouble fitting 2 people, 2 cat carriers, and presents for the entire extended family in the boot/back seats whilst still being able to see out the back and have enough room at the front for an enjoyable multi-hour drive. The car is currently on finance but this would be paid off in front of the buyer before driving away. Recently serviced, no issues. Next MOT due 04/01/2025, Part service history, Grey, 3 owners, £20,000
