This classic and rare MG RV8 was built in May 1995 and exported to Japan, and was re-imported to the UK in 2002.Mileage before re-import is unknown, but since 2002 it has travelled approximately 33,150 miles. It has been in my possession since August 2015, and the time has come for someone else to experience the fun an exhilaration that come with the car.The car comes with a full service history, build certificate, owner's and repair manual. After being SORNed during the pandemic the car has been put back on the road and its MoT is valid until 30th May 2024. The car has been garaged and covered throughout my ownership.At re-import it was fitted with a carbon fibre windscreen frame and the fascia and door cap wood was replaced in handsome burr walnut veneer. The previous owner added a matching gear knob, though the original comes with it. At the same time he added an immobiliser and changed the original wheels for mini-lite style. The car will be supplied with all five the original wheels. I had the air-conditioning unit removed to gain adequate leg room on the passenger side. The unit will also be supplied.During my ownership the car has proven itself to be a comfortable and relaxed tourer, taking me to Spa Francorchamps twice, the Outer Hebrides and completing the North Coast 500.
