Description

This is one of the most unique BMW M6's on the planet. The colour Signal green wasn't a factory or individual option at that time and was a bespoke request from the original owner which wasn't easy to get. Now that 6 years have passed there is still no sign of another Signal green M6. From myself and the previous owners (one a YouTuber) searching over the internet I have come across Java green and Verdi Mantis green but still no Signal green. In addition there were only 5884 other M6's produced worldwide which is such a small number for an M car, to break these figures down this car is 1 of 87 confirmed rhd facelift/LCI competition editions in the world. The car itself has been extremely well looked after by myself and the 2 previous owners. The original owner had the 5 year extended service cover and between them any work on the car was done as needed regardless of the cost. I have continued this. The car has a full BMW service history, I had the car serviced in October 2021 from a reputable BMW specialist RD Motorsports who has a very well known name in Scotland when it comes to BMW's especially M cars. The service was carried out and updated as BMW would to the BMW server and I-Drive system. Next service due in 7000 miles. New Michelin ps4 all round and new brembo front and rear brake pads. The original owners did such a good job with this car. The colour is beautiful and the carbon is just enough and subtle you question if it is factory. The wheels are huge at 21" for such a low car but they fit perfect. This car has so much road presence before you even turn it on. An aggressive looking car with the flared out carbon and big wheels, once you turn it on you get that V8 rumble with the Evolve catless down pipes and Akrapovic exhaust creates a great low rev rumble and high rev roar. Each gear change is expressed with a bang from the exhaust as you feel the power through the whole car. Between that and the Eventuri intakes sucking in all the air for the twin turbos is phenomenal but once the windows are closed the soundproofing is superb. The ride is smooth and comfortable and sitting on the motorway at 70-80mph feels like 30mph. full advert can be found on eBay or pistonheads, Youtube link from previous owner explains what was done to the car and how it became the car it is today Next MOT due 18/10/2024, Full service history, Green, 3 owners, £40,000
