Now on cherished "M5" plate (M50LRL) which will come with the car. This is a 2012 car with VERY low miles (32K miles). Collectors' condition. The rear seats hardly look sat in and the bodywork is pristine - car is absolutely immaculate and wants for nothing.Full 12 months MOT - just passed with no advisories (8/4/24 @ 32,201 miles). I took a video underneath the car when it was up on the ramp which I can share. Serviced today by Darren Wood, a local BMW specialist (10/4/24 @ 32,241 miles) where it was also given a full clean bill of health - they said they'd vouch for the car's condition if anyone prospective and serious buyers need any info. Can send videos on request via WhatsApp etc. Recently (Sept '23) also had both front callipers fully rebuilt as one was sticking. At the same time as this, I had new brake pads fitted. This was around 1,500 miles ago. Car has four premium brand Michelin Pilot Sport tyres which are like new and have plenty of tread having covered around 2,500 miles. In terms of equipment, I am unsure of what is or isn't standard/optional to be honest but has a great spec including, but not limited to:electric slide and tilt sunroof, cruise control, stop start technology, Bluetooth, heads-up display, DAB radio, heated electric sports seats with driver memory and with embossed "M" logo, electric headrest adjustment, dual zone air con climate control (both front and rear) folding electric mirrors, front and rear parking sensors, I-drive with sat nav, electric steering wheel adjustment, customisable profiles for the car in terms of suspension, throttle response, steering etc. Still has the toolbox etc. in the car and service books/paraphernalia. Comes with two working keys which can programme driver profiles to them. Unlike many examples, it is un-abused and unmodified for peace of mind. I spent a great deal of time waiting for the right car to come up that ticked these boxes for me. As standard, the car is extremely fast and extremely comfortable. A great all-round performance bargain and future classic. Will listen to REASONABLE offers. I have priced it to sell - all other M5's under 35K miles are over 27,000.
