Description

Reluctantly for sale is my 55 plate EP3 Premier with 27,000 miles. Genuine reason for sale. Very good condition throughout. Some recent work in my ownership. I'm OCD about my cars. Minor works to get it to a concourse standard included gearbox oil, engine oil and filter, springs, 1 suspension strut, cam cover gasket, Vtec solenoid gasket, OE replacement camber arms and new badges.Tyre's, brakes etc like new, wheels are very good. Michelin Pilot sport cup 4's all-round. Interior in very good condition and consistent with age and mileage. Seats look almost new. Rear seats don't look like have been sat in. Body work in very good condition and most importantly the underside is extremely good with only some very minor surface rust. Seals are solid and behind the speakers are perfect. Engine is perfect and so is the gearbox. Everything works as it should. Air conditioning blows very cold and works perfectly. All glass is original Honda. This took a long time to find the right car but the time has come to move on. Before I purchased this car, I sent photos to David at Motion Motorsport who specialise in EP3 restorations. He is top of his game in the EP3 world and said it was one of the best he has ever seen. 2 keys and 2 working fobs. Original owner's manual and associated documents. This car was a childhood dream of mine but I am now in my mid 30's with 2 kids. I have owned 3 other Type R's over the years, this drives so tight compared to others. Will be sad to see it go but now is the time for something with 4 doors and more family friendly. Has basically been a garage queen in my ownership. I am a true EP3/Honda enthusiast. 3 owners over the last 11 years. Previous 2 owners it was garaged and dry stored. Garaged in my ownership and kept on trickle charge. When I bought the car I thoroughly checked the car from top to toe, front to back. It's about as good as it gets for a car that's almost 20 years old.I searched for over a year for the right EP3 and this was by far the best I could find. As with nearly every car on the road it does have a couple of small blemishes but nothing out of the ordinary. The steering is typical for an EP3, a little numb in the middle but nothing compared to others I have driven/owned.I feel I have priced it realistically. Please no messer's or dreamers. I am a busy family man and I don't appreciate time wasters. Genuine buyers only. This type of car at this age is all about condition. Not to be missed. Fresh MOT. Passed no advisories Next MOT due 11/04/2025, Grey, 5+ owners, £15,880
