Before reading on please note this car is located in Largs on the West Coast of Scotland. Delightful though it is to chat to our lovely southern neighbours, if you don't fancy a trip "up north" you might want to skip to the next advert. Otherwise read on. It has come time for wee billy to move on to a new family. Despite his name he is as Italian as a pizza topped with tutti frutti ice cream and you can't help smile when you see him. We bought him from a lady who had loved him since nearly new and although he has only been with us for a year he has been brilliant fun. However he now has some new competition for our affections and getting 2 baby seats and their wriggling occupants in the back on a winter morning is not as much fun as you might think. He is not a show car but is in decent nick for his age. There are a few age related marks and the normal fiat 500 dent in the sill caused by a misplaced jack (not by us). He looks great at 5 yards but could use a good detailed clean. The hood has some algae and the roof spoiler lacquer has peeled but, per the photo, neither spoil the look too much and it works just fine. Inside there was a small tear in the driver seat bolster which we sorted with vinyl and the plan was to do the other seat to match but it never happened. The roll of vinyl will come with him. It is certainly liveable condition and we like not having to worry too much when heading for the beach. He also had the boot wiring redone (common fault on 500c). The button still doesn't work but it opens fine with the key fob. Has had over a thousand pounds spent over the last few months and is good for many more fun miles. He is currently residing at my parents house in Largs because we don't have the room to keep him here but my dad will take your calls and show you round him. He's not a bad soul and knows as much about the car as me. Worth nipping into Nardinis for an Italian ice cream while you are there. Thanks for reading and hope you find the car of your dreams.
