Imported from Japan by the previous owner in 2021. I have all documents and sales ad from Japan (was bought direct BMW authorised dealer) even have conversation emails between Japan and the owner. All import documents as well. Just so you know all BMW M cars were built in the same factory this car just ended up going to cleaner, salt free country. A few reasons for buying an import - the spec of E90s in UK is poor. Salt has pretty much ruined most E9*s and tax is only 360 a year instead of 700+! This car has never seen salty roads in its life. Like new underneath with stickers still present, close to new as you can get. I have a video of the underside which I recently protected with lanoguard to show how immaculate it is.
