2008 (58 plate ) B8 Audi S5 V8 4.2L Auto. I bought this in February 2021 from a dealership in the South West. This vehicle has been meticulously cared for in my ownership. It has full service history, mainly by independent Audi specialists. Serviced in November 2023 last with receipts to prove including complete new front and rear drilled/grooved discs and pads. It had a full carbon clean (walnut blasting) at a specialist tuning company in May 2022, again, with receipts and photos of proof of cleaning. At the same time, it had new injectors, new spark plugs, PCV valve, both HPFPs and all necessary gaskets replaced. It has had a complete gearbox overhaul in May 2023 by Milta Technologies at a cost of over 2K. It had new engine mounts fitted in 2021 - the hydroelectric mounts are prone to failure given the torque exposure these cars endure. I have had other repairs and maintenance done along the way, receipts probably totalling close to 10K in my ownership. It has full heated black leather interior (heated front) with the brushed steel interior which contrasts really well. The interior is in fantastic condition. The exterior is also in fantastic condition, there are a few minor scratches and a few bonnet stone chips but otherwise is well maintained. Overall, the pictures and receipts speak for themselves with the maintenance that has gone into this vehicle. For complete transparency, there are a few minor things I will make you aware of before travelling to view the car: Despite the gearbox rebuild, it can be "notchy" changing gears occasionally but it is variable. The tiptronic box is renowned for jumping into first gear at very low speeds and this can happen with this car at times. When the car was last serviced - the garage assured me these gearboxes can be like this and is no cause for concern - all of the internals are less than a year old. The only other thing is it is has a Valvetronic exhaust system but currently it is not working. I plan to have this looked into and fixed prior to the sale.It has stopped working in the open position so you get to enjoy the incredible V8 growl if it is sold before I get the chance to have it fixed. I have priced it as listed as I think this is a fair reflection on the impeccable maintenance and cleanliness of the car with recognition of the slight gearbox jerk. Based in Cardiff.
