This customer was purchasing this Series 3 for a holiday home in Menorca, hence the requirement of a LHD – but finding a genuine LHD Series 3, for those in the know, is an almost impossible task – and this vehicle took more than a year to source, then over a year to rebuild! The styling was done to emulate a later Land Rover® 90 design – with the customer in question taking heavy inspiration for our own company 90 (photo attached at the end of the gallery). Due to the sale of the home abroad, we now find ourselves in the position of selling this wonderful vehicle once again – and due to the warm climate where it has been used, one can see it has not suffered in the five years of use…. meaning that the price point, for an essentially “new” car, is a seriously attractive prospect for a new owner., Externally, the bodywork is finished in Heritage Green, as the photos show – these rebuilds are painted in panels and then assembled, rather than body on, to achieve a better finish. All the galvanised cappings were renewed too, when the rebuild was done.
