Car is in excellent condition inside and out and would be ideal for a show car. Always been garaged and just used on dry days and weekends. 2 former keepers, first was a lady owner who had the car till 2020 when it was bought by a performance car dealer who sold it to me in October 2020. The car has been very well maintained throughout it's life which is evidenced by a large service and maintenance history. MOT history is also excellent. During my ownership I have had the following work carried out ; 2021 replaced cam follower, DV valve, PCV valve, brake fluid and DSG gearbox service. 2022 new battery. 2023 new cambelt and water pump etc. 2024 new thermostat. Overall paintwork is in excellent condition with a deep glossy shine, no chips on bonnet, no dents and straight bodywork. Paintwork has been ceramic coated by second owner and I have regularly topped it up with rapid ceramic spray. The wheels are in excellent refurbished condition. Nice clean engine bay and interior in excellent condition with full leather heated seats which show very little sign of wear. There is a VW 6 cd changer fitted in the storage box between the front seats. The car is standard apart from Parrot hands free which is easily removed. This MK5 GTI is one of the best conditioned examples around and is a head turner wherever it goes. It is a very fast car with the excellent DSG gearbox being very responsive.
