Description

This Z4 has had all of the known problems addressed; inlet/manifold gaskets, i.e. no oil leaks, roof motor replaced with genuine BMW item. Only 4 owners, has none of the usual Z4 issues; it has had everything done & done properly with proper parts. This Z4 has superb service history. The previous owner (TPO) fitted all new brake hoses, aero-copper, genuine BMW front/rear brake callipers, Brembo discs front/rear, EBC pads front/rear, new wishbones with the Z4M lollipop bush for increased camber (therefore NO tram-lining), BMW roof motor located in the correct position but with the modified case that prevents water build-up. The list goes on, TPO spent 3k on it and that's parts alone, that does NOT include any labour; you could easily double or triple that cost if you added labour charges too. The roof is in great condition, no rips/tears/marks. When reconditioned it looks brand new. The glass screen is perfect with no marks and the heater element works perfectly. The roof motor failed and that was replaced by a genuine BMW rebuilt unit & opens in 10 seconds flat, no issues, no noises. As part of the rebuild the pump case was modified to prevent any future build-up of water. The exterior in top condition, only a few age related marks that aren't really noticeable. Looks newer than it should for a 2003. Suspension is like brand new; it had Sachs twin-tube dampers fitted less than 3k miles ago, with that TPO had Eibach springs, new top mounts, various bushes and bottoms arms. It has 4 Rainsport tyres with plenty of tread. The brakes were replaced, front and rear with Brembo discs and EBC pads. At the same time TPO replaced all of the brake lines and replaced all 4 callipers with genuine BMW items. The tracking was done on the Hunter and it now handles fantastically well with no tram-lining. The interior's absolutely perfect, and everything works without issue (apart from a cup holder). All dash lights are fine, there are no warning/management lights, the windows go up and down properly. It has BMW mats, it has a genuine BMW gear knob, the control plastics on the steering wheel were replaced with genuine BMW. Alloys have just been refurbished along with an oil & filter service. No expense was ever spared on this Z4. It doesn't have the common manifold leaks, or the noisy steering pump, or pulley noise from worn bearings; this seriously drives like new - so tight.
