Description

JEEP WRANGLER YJ, RARE LIMITED EDITION, VERY LOW MILEAGE, 1994, 4.0 Litre MANUAL: This is THE RAREST YJ ever made - the Limited Edition - with Tan Leather and Tan/Spice coloured paneling and carpets throughout. It also has the Lowest Mileage - 43,837 miles - you'll EVER see on a YJ Wrangler! COMPLETELY rust-free, COMPLETELY original, EXCELLENT condition for a 30-year old 4x4! Manufactured towards the end of YJ production, it has galvanised bodywork for corrosion resistance. I searched for well over 5 years before finding this vehicle: the rarest model YJ with less than 50k miles. I am only the 3rd Owner of this genuine BARN FIND Wrangler (the reason for its shockingly low mileage). Purchased by me in July 2018, it has been regularly MOT'd and serviced except for 2020-2021 when the vehicle's battery was disconnected and it was garaged during Covid. When I bought it, the mileage was 42,977 and it's now 43837 (i.e. I've put on less than 1000 miles in 6 years). I've spared no expense on sourcing and shipping over vintage parts from the US and spent several thousand on it, including a Brake Booster and Master Cylinder (it stops on a dime now), Battery tray, wipers, seals etc. It'll come with an "A Bar" and spare window seals and Hella lights. It'll also come with a fresh MOT and Service - despite doing 215 miles in the last year. I've looked into the number of YJs and there's only about 100 left and given low numbers of Limited Editions made in the first place, this might be one of the last ones you'll ever see!!! As I've said, you'll not find one in this original condition and with this low mileage anywhere else. When this beauty is opened up, the classic Straight Six engine truly roars and brings to mind it's heyday of the 90s! If you've ever driven the 4-litre, you'll know it's incredibly fast even though its built like a brick house and virtually bulletproof. This Jeep has been very rarely used and was supposed to be my cherished weekend toy but I must part with it for personal reasons. The only thing the vehicle might benefit from is a respray BUT equally most fellow Jeep Wrangler enthusiasts told me how much they love its patina and you'd lose the Gold Limited Edition Lines along the bodywork which is why I never did this final stage in restoring it. The Jeep Wrangler, like the Land Rover Defender, is a revered cultural icon, hugely capable and fun to own, with EXCELLENT residual value. Serious Buyers only please. Next MOT due 05/06/2024, Black, 3 owners, £19,999
