Top Gear did a review of this car when it was launched and gave it very high praise. This car is an absolute classic, so an opportunity for investment, which will only increase in value due to its reputation, appeal and rarity. It was designed with the beautiful sounding BMW S54 straight six-cylinder, chain drive engine with a mighty 338 brake horse power (and no turbos!). Press the "sport button" in third gear it is an absolute buzz right on up into sixth. If you are looking for a real "old school" driving experience, look no further. It has hydraulic power steering for smooth and pointed steering. The roof when down in high winds is very comfortable from the diffuser, including electric heated seats. The car comes with a great stereo with fantastic speakers behind the seats. It has an aftermarket Parrot Bluetooth system which is easy to connect for music and handsfree. There is no in built satnav, which in my opinion makes the car look dated as it is a 2006 model. Frankly your phone is better and more up to date anyway, so it's a nicer dash without that. This is a very reluctant sale indeed. Quite simply the house refurbishment and the new kitchen will be the intended swap. It has nearly new recent tyres Pirelli P Zero and new brake discs, pads and brake pipes, everything works as it should. Everything required has always been done properly. There are no warning lights or issues that I know of. It has recently had wheel bearings replaced so they are now good for years to come as well. It is currently SORN due to lack of free time., I will ensure it comes with a full 12 months MOT at the point of purchase to ensure it is fully checked and ready to go before the sale is agreed. It has a complete service history including every purchase receipt. Two keys. All manuals, operating instructions, books and instructions in good condition and all together. CTEK MXS 3.6 battery conditioner hard wired to battery and used whilst garage stored. (I'll leave the cable attached but) conditioner is not included I'm just saying to highlight how the car is stored and has been looked after. Stored in a dry garage under a bespoke BMW Z4 breathable cover (included) along with wheel chocks. The handbrake always left off when stored to prevent the pads from sticking.
