Description

This Land Rover Defender 110 'Icon' is not comparable to a standard 110. It has had a huge transformation by Nene Overland at a cost of 12,000. Released in 2013, this model was painted Santorini Black with Corris Grey roof, search the LXV Special Edition - celebrating 65 years of Land Rover, if your unsure. Is this the only 110 like this? It has matching side and rear steps, black part-vinyl upholstery, and grey interior trim accents. Under the bonnet is a turbocharged 2.2-litre inline-four diesel, producing 180bhp thanks to the fitment of a RaceChip GTS ECU chip, which is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed manual gearbox. This drives as a modern day car should. The exterior, as part of the conversion, features KBX vents, a tow bar, a new front bumper with an LED light upgrade with additional bumper-mounted driving lights, a mesh grille, tinted Masai 4x4 windows all around, and a set of 20-inch Defender Icon five-spoke wheels shod with Cooper Zeon LTZ tyres. The roof rack and rear ladders have been used once. Inside, the seven-seat cabin features air conditioning, heated seats, a three-spoke Momo steering wheel, an Alpine stereo, a central screen with x2 reversing cameras, interior design upgrades that colour match the roof, and a fire extinguisher. Built somewhere within, and not an easy find, is an accurate Vodafone tracker which can be activated by the new owner. The bulkhead remains in pristine condition after its first 10 years was stored in a heated garage. Due to never been driven off road, the underneath is immaculate for a car of this age, and the engine bay mirrors the day it left the factory. Accompanying the vehicle will be the original handbook pack and service book, as well as its GTS chip manual & various maintenance documents. The most recent MOT test was on 26th March 2024 at 21,105 miles, which was a first-time pass with no advisories.
