This is my 2006 BMW E46 M3 CS 3. 2 SMG II Coupe, in Carbon Black. One of the last e46 M3's made, registered in March 06. Lots of money has been spent on the car already to make this one that will last. Diff seals replaced, new drive shafts fitted, new wheel bearings, new OEM stainless steel brake lines front to back, the mighty F8X (BMW M4) brake upgrade with pads, calipers and discs. (These look awesome and stop incredibly) New rod bearings, SMG CSL flash, steering wheel and handbrake reupholstered. This car surprisingly came with the standard M3 wheels from the factory and so preferring the CS look, the previous owner sourced some CSL reps that the car is currently running. Full service history which I have added to. 4X Mitchelin PS4S tyres with tracking. As an enthusiast I have detailed the car myself including a machine polish and wax treatment, after a full clay bar. The car really pops in the sun. MOT due in December. No minors on previous MOT which have not been fixed. I always wanted to own the E46 M3 but due to work changes and needing to regularly commute a long distance this car is no longer practical. The drivers wing mirror had some corrosion as shown in the pictures, however this has now been fixed. 15,000+ miles due before the next service. The previous owner took the car to Munich motors both serviced and fully inspected the car at the time, which included the boot and all aspects of what I might be 'in for'. I did the same with my Mechanic who works for BMW and they told me this is one of the best examples they had seen in a long time. Full service history is present with all books from new and a file full of everything that's ever been done with the car is present. No jobs are required to do for future preservation or preventative measures. Summary:All arches solid, checked and no rust. No knocks, strange noises or concerning characteristics. Boot doesn't need work. Vanos is 100%. Gearbox, driveshafts etc. all A1. Couple of pixelations on the sat nav screen, nothing too intrusive. Not flawless but don't need refurbing unless this is to be a collectors/ show car. The rep CSL alloys on the car at the moment are in good nick but some slight curbing.
