This is a much loved car that has been with us to Italy twice and the Czech Republic twice with a number of mini trips to Germany France, Spain and Belgium, never ever let us down. it is wonderful to cruise at double the UK speed limit on the autobahns feeling safe, planted at all speeds full of adults baggage and a roof box. on our last two trips our children refused to give up the car driving for 90% of the time in Europe. I am afraid Mr Khan is forcing this sale. the amount of CO2 to build a new car will be may times more than this one but we have little choice. There are a couple of things you need to be aware of, full Mercedes Benz service history. still paying for a service contract. the car has broken seatbelt restraints at the back for the rear facing 6 and 7 seats which are really for children under 14. apart from that and a crack on the passenger side of the screen there is nothing else that is of concern. I have used my spare all year tyres on some old wheels as I am repainting its wheels. if you want the wheels and tyre in addition to its original ones I will be charging extra. it has had new suspension balloons at around 60K mark. I can't emphasise how annoying it is to sell this car but I want to find a good home for it outside London so it can be used daily. great on any road as its size does not hinder its progress or fun. no modifications. the screen was cracked about 6 weeks after it was replaced by Mercedes. I haven't changed it as it is an original screen - it hasn't grown or caused any concern. this car has never a been a write off. the reference is to my previous Volvo 940 estate that was worth around 1000 mark. it was that car that was written off. two keys new perspex light cover fitted by Merc technician. the rear boot flap works electrically unused spare and fire extinguisher. there are the usual scratches for a car this old. the rear bumper is slightly dented and there are scratches when we have un/loaded luggage.
