PLEASE READ AD CAREFULLY. We have had this fantastic car in our family for more than 12 years, owned by different people. We bought it with 12,000 miles on the clock and it now has 112,000 miles on it. We have looked after it faithfully - the cambelt replaced every 4 years. In the last 3 months we have spent over 1,000 on it - new cambelt/water pump, new radiator and connecting pipes, new heater mechanism, lots of new suspension components. It has good tyres on it and a long MOT. The idea was to take it on a road trip to France. BUT, we have started getting an intermittent engine light coming on. We have taken the decision that we're going to replace the car, probably with a newer Panda, but with aircon. If the engine light wasn't coming on I'd be asking 1,200 for it. As it is, if you or someone you know knows how to sort this out, you can get a cheap car with plenty of life left in it. The engine is lively and it's been such a faithful friend over the years. It has a few knocks and scrapes, but for an 18 year old car it's in pretty good nick. Regularly does 50mpg. Cheap to insure and run. It has NEVER left us stranded or broken down.
