A really reluctant sale of my treasured Defender, which is in fantastic condition. With only one previous owner and used only as a second vehicle for a friends wife, it has seen very little use over it's lifetime. In the last three and a half years it has covered just 2000 miles, and during my time of ownership just 600 miles in eighteen months - hence the sale! Regrettably I haven't had the time to use it with access to other vehicles, and it looks that good I am reluctant to get it dirty!! I wanted to keep the Defender as original as possible with no engine modifications, and no areas of bling. However, I have spent thousands using professional mechanics and sprayers to make the updates deemed necessary. A full service 100 miles ago which included new springs and shock absorbers in order to improve the ride quality. Several newly painted panels throughout ownerships, latest being the gutters and roof. Upgraded radiator grill and headlight surrounds. LED Lights through-out. New Windscreen, Window Seal and Wipers / Window Blocks replaced and surrounds repainted. New Wing Mirrors and Stalks. New Mudflaps. Underneath sealed through-out. All door seals and door cards replaced. Rear bay stripped out, painted, soundproofed and carpeted. New Sport Seats in Black. New Bluetooth / USB Stereo with Handsfree. Leather Steering Wheel. The only area I haven't touched is the rear door which is in good condition, although maybe in the future an enthusiast may want to have that painted also - even with my keen eye it looks perfectly fine. I have lots of receipts, the MOT's and two sets of keys including the original binder from Land Rover at the point of sale. I also have x4 brand new tyres which I will gladly put on for the buyer, per the asking sum - current tyres still have decent tread on them! The vehicle sits in storage so any viewings will need to be made by arrangement and ID will be required.
