On the car logbook I am the 3rd owner. Probably the car handler from whom I bought it was the 2nd one. Car was driven on long distances on Motorways mostly. Current mileage is slight above 150,000. It may look like a lot, but the Corsa has been maintained a way above the average standards of used cars. When people drive their cars with big mileages, only few car owner bother about suspension's change, high standards of brakes, and other essential things. When people drive diesels, mostly they don't bother about EGR or glow plugs change. Just let you know about the glow plugs: if they are not changed for long ( what is very common) the cost of changing them might reach 800 pounds when craked. I have looked after the car in best possible way, what you can read in here. The engine almost doesn't take oil in a noticeable amount during 5000 miles (for me the period of change). Engine is running very well and jumpy. On motorways you can achieve 65-75mpg. List of major repairs which I did from the milleage of 114,000: glow plugs changed twice, full suspension, all brakes without the rear drums, drive belt, tensioner, alternator pulley, new EGR valve, middle and rear exhaust, new thermostat, gearbox oil change. Advisory list of potential repairs, which could make the car more quiet for this type of diesel, and very reliable for next thousands of miles of your driving:1.Front head light 1 bracket broken - can be glued with resin glue. 2.Middle exhaust flexi pipe is not tight enough and makes additional noises. 3.Timing chain can be replaced for more regular engine running.4.Engine suspension rubber absorbers could be changed, as the old rubber has become stiff and engine is more clicky when is cold. Corsa is very savy on fuel - about 65mpg and jumpy as for that type of car and milleage. I don't keep any serious problem hidden before any buyer, like some other sellers do. My car is really worth to buy it, if you go for savvy diesel. Most recent engine oil change and filter was recently at 149,000 miles. Please check my MOT record to see how car is well maintained.
