This genuine Aston Martin factory built limited run of just ten cars was a pre cursor to the N400, with Aston achieving 400BHP from the car, with other light weight modifications and some simple style upgrades, including use of carbon fibre and upgraded rear lights, makes this a very special car. You see references to other Vantages having V400 styling, this is the V400. I have owned the car for five years, during that time it has been serviced at the Aston Martin factory in Newport Pagnell, the supplying dealer and where I sourced the car from. I wanted something a bit special, well this is very special and is number 1, of just 10 cars. The only other V400 car I have seen sold is added to the photo album and was an automatic. Not my preference as the manual gearbox engages the brain and the car more completely. The car has just reached 20,000 miles, it's in fabulous condition, backed up with a comprehensive history file. I recently had the clutch changed at the famous Bamford Rose including adding a stealth switch to close the exhaust valves and quieten the exhaust when you want to drive either at night or through town without turning heads, it's very smooth and drives very well through the gears. This isn't for the feint hearted, reputed top speed over 180mph, it's quick, it sounds amazing and stops people in the street. I am consolidating cars, it was going to be a long term investment for me but space is limited. During my ownership it has been on trickle charge and dry stored.
